Step 2 - Registration Form Entry

Step 2 involves entering information needed for the Conference Registration Process. For more information about the conference dates please click on the Conference button.

The registration fee for the 2008 conference is $US 85.00 or NAf. 155.00 per person. This fee includes :

(1) Your personal badge (keep this general e.g. ID)
(2) English or Spanish syllabus study guide
(3) Admission to all the general sessions, workshops and special events.

The Registration fee does NOT include accommodation (hotel), meals or transportation.

Full payment of Naƒ. 155,00 or 3 installments of Naƒ. 52,50 can be deposited on the Caribbean Worship Institute Antillian Guilders (NAf.) account:

Do not forget to mention your first and last name and address. Please bring the original bank receipt to the conference. Registrations will be processed on a "first-come first-serve" basis. If the registration has not been accepted your deposit will be refunded.

If you are paying with a cheque, please make it payable to the Caribbean Worship Institute.
