Registration Process
This step involves entering information needed for the Conference Registration Process. For more information about the conference dates please go to the Conference Information menu. The registration fee for the 2010 conference is $US 100.00 or NAf. 180.00 per person. This fee includes:
(1) Your personal badge (keep this general e.g. ID)
(2) English or Spanish syllabus study guide
(3) Admission to all the general sessions, workshops and special events.
The Registration fee does NOT include accommodation (hotel), meals or transportation. Full payment of US$100,00 = Naƒ. 180,00 or 4 installments of Naƒ. 45,00 can be deposited on the Caribbean Worship Institute Antillian Guilders (NAf.) account:

Do not forget to mention your first and last name, your address, and the Booking-ID received by e-mail. Please bring the original bank receipt and a copy of your registration confirmation to the conference. Registrations will be processed on a "first-come first-serve" basis. If the registration has not been accepted your deposit will be refunded.
If you are paying with a cheque, please make it payable to the Caribbean Worship Institute.
Form entry instructions
All fields marked by a asterisk (*) are non-optional/required fields. This means that these fields have to be filled in for the registration process to continue. Press the green check mark on top of the form when all the required information has been provided. You will then be asked to confirm the information. As soon as your registration has been accepted you will see the registration information on screen and you will also receive this information by e-mail. Please bring a copy of the confirmation send by e-mail to the conference.
